Building the infrastructure for Bangladesh's digital workforce
First Bangladesh runs a national mission โ training and employing Bangladeshi citizens at scale โ through a commercial platform: a training academy, an IT/AI services business, and an emerging freelance marketplace, working toward 1,000,000 new jobs and income opportunities. We're open to conversations with serious investors who want to understand the business, the model, and the terms in detail.
The opportunity
Multiple revenue lines
Course fees, corporate training contracts, and direct IT/AI service delivery to Bangladeshi and international clients โ not a single point of failure.
A large, underserved market
Bangladesh has a young, large population and growing digital economy, with demand for skills training and outsourced digital services still far outpacing quality supply.
Mission-aligned growth
Our social mission (job creation at scale) and commercial model reinforce each other โ more trained students mean more marketplace supply and more service delivery capacity.
Early stage
We are early and building deliberately โ which means real ground-floor terms for investors who engage now, and real early-stage risk, discussed openly below.
An important note before you read further
This page is informational and does not constitute an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of investment. We do not collect investment funds through this website, and we do not promise or guarantee any specific return, interest rate, or repayment schedule here or anywhere else. Any real investment โ equity, debt, or otherwise โ is negotiated individually with qualified investors through formal legal agreements, after direct conversation and due diligence. If you are interested, the next step is a conversation, not a payment.

Frequently asked questions
Why should I invest in First Bangladesh?
We combine a training academy, a growing IT/AI services business, and an emerging freelance marketplace โ three revenue lines that reinforce each other, in a large and underserved market. We're early, which means real ground-floor terms for the right investor, but also real early-stage risk, which we'd rather discuss directly than gloss over here.
Is my money guaranteed?
No. No legitimate investment guarantees your principal or a fixed return, and we won't claim otherwise โ anyone promising a "guaranteed" investment return should be treated as a red flag, including us if we ever said that. Investing in an early-stage company carries real risk of partial or total loss, which any formal agreement we sign will state plainly.
How much will I earn back, and on what timeline?
We don't publish a fixed interest rate or return figure on this page, deliberately โ publicly advertising a promised return is one of the clearest patterns regulators (Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangladesh Bank) treat as a red flag for unlicensed investment schemes, regardless of intent. Real terms โ equity stake, structured debt, repayment schedule, whatever form fits โ are negotiated individually with each investor based on the size and structure of investment, after direct conversation and due diligence.
Why isn't there a way to invest directly on this website?
Because that's not how legitimate investment works, and we're not willing to cut that corner. Real investment requires legal agreements, disclosure documents, and due diligence in both directions โ not a payment form. The form on this page starts a conversation; it never collects investment funds.
What would my money actually be used for?
Depending on the round and structure, typically: scaling the Academy and marketplace, technology and infrastructure to support significantly more users, and expanding reach into underserved districts. We'll walk through a specific use-of-funds breakdown in a direct conversation once we understand your interest.
What stage is First Bangladesh at?
Early stage. We believe in being upfront about that rather than overstating traction โ it directly affects the risk profile of any investment, and any serious investor will (and should) verify our actual numbers during due diligence rather than take a website's word for it.
Do you have audited financials or a data room?
We prepare detailed financials and materials for serious inquiries once an initial conversation confirms mutual interest โ this isn't published publicly, consistent with how most early-stage fundraising works.
Are you open to different types of investors (angel, VC, impact/development finance)?
Yes โ the inquiry form above lets you indicate which category you fall into, since the right conversation (and the right structure) differs quite a bit between an individual angel and an institutional fund.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
We follow up directly, typically by email or a scheduled call, to understand what you're looking for and share more detail. Nothing is finalized or committed at the inquiry stage โ it's simply the start of a conversation.
