Partnering to build a digitally skilled Bangladesh

Through three connected mechanisms: (1) training students in the Freelancing & Entrepreneurship Academy and connecting them to real global freelance/outsourcing work through our marketplace, so income starts flowing during training, not just after; (2) direct IT/AI service delivery to Bangladeshi and international businesses, which creates roles within First Bangladesh and partner SMEs; and (3) Corporate Training that helps existing businesses adopt AI and digital tools, protecting and growing jobs at partner companies. The 1,000,000 figure is the cumulative total across all three over several years, not a single program.

We present it honestly as a long-term target we are building toward — not a guarantee, and not a number we've already hit. It is achievable at the scale of established national skill programs measured over 5-10 years, but only with the kind of infrastructure and certification support described in our partnership asks. We report progress against real, verifiable milestones rather than adjusting the story to fit the number.

We are building in phases — starting with the Academy and IT/AI services live today, scaling the freelance marketplace and job portal next, and expanding into underserved districts as infrastructure and partnerships allow. Government partnership specifically accelerates the district-reach and certification-recognition phases, which are the hardest to scale alone.

We see this as complementary, not competing. Most training programs stop at a completion certificate; we connect training directly to a marketplace and job portal so income can start immediately. We are actively seeking to align our certificates with NSDA/BTEB standards rather than operate as a parallel, unrecognized system.

We distinguish between "trained" and "earning": our platform tracks real wallet earnings, freelance contracts won, and job placements — not just course completions. We welcome third-party or government audit of these metrics as part of any formal partnership, since self-reported numbers alone shouldn't be the basis for public trust.

This is honestly our biggest structural gap without government help — which is exactly why access to upazila digital centers and existing digital-literacy infrastructure is one of our specific partnership asks. Bilingual (Bangla/English) content and low-bandwidth-friendly delivery reduce some barriers already, but physical access infrastructure is where government partnership matters most.

Not primarily. Our asks center on recognition, certification alignment, infrastructure access, and regulatory guidance. Co-funding or grant support for subsidizing training seats for disadvantaged students is one of five asks, not the main one.

Today this operates as a manual, verified, small-scale payout system — every credit and withdrawal is reviewed by an administrator, not automated at volume. We are explicitly seeking regulatory guidance from the relevant authorities before this operates at national scale, which is precisely our "Regulatory Facilitation" ask — we want this compliant by design, not retrofitted after the fact.

We commit to transparent reporting of real progress against this target to any government or institutional partner, on a regular basis. We treat 1,000,000 as a shared long-term goal contingent on the partnerships and support described here — not a contractual guarantee we would obscure if progress is slower than hoped.

We welcome any due-diligence process a government partner requires — company registration verification, financial review, or reference checks — as a standard part of formal partnership discussions.
